Students who want to get admission into law school can easily apply for the CLAT, AILET, and LSAT entrance exams. CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is a national level assessment conducted to provide admission to Under Graduate and Post Graduate law courses. Eligibility criteria
If any candidate is looking forward to pursuing Government Law, they must know the eligibility criteria for the same. The seat will be provided to those students only who will be fulfilling all the eligibility criteria given below.
1. Applying aspirants must be citizens of India.
2. There is nothing like any age limit for Appling in national level exams for pursuing Government Law.
3. For Government Law Under Graduate courses, aspirants must clear the intermediate from any recognized board with 50% average marks.
4. For getting admission in the Under Graduate course of LL.B, applying candidates must have their bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the recognized universities.
5. For Post Graduation courses, aspirants should have an LL.B degree or equivalent degree from any of the recognized institutions or colleges.
6. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 55% (50% for reserved categories) in their qualifying examination.
7. Candidates who are still appearing in their last year are also eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected for counseling based on the standards they have obtained in an entrance examination. Nominees must register on a counseling website to participate in counseling. The counseling fee must be paid at the time of registration. Final admission will be made based on the completed selection of college and study candidates, the availability of seats at participating colleges, and the position of the student. After downloading the nomination letter, candidates can receive admission to the allocated center.
