Jammu & Kashmir NEET Counselling 2022 is the state centralized Online counselling procedure thru which a candidate can practice to MBBS/BDS publications in diverse Government/Private Medical College affiliated with the State Medical University J&K. Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE), the regulatory authority conducts the counselling for the JK NEET MBBS/BDS admission 2022. The conduction of JK NEET counselling may be in on-line mode besides for the mop-up round, to be able to be carried out in offline mode. Jammu and Kashmir NEET 2022 counseling will be done in online mode. Right from the year 2017 only NEET tests have been made important and integral aspect to take admission to MBBS and BDS courses offered at various colleges in India.
The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) will be authorized to conduct counseling for the state quota seats admission to MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BUMS / BPT / DDH / CRC courses. Students from the J&K region will not be able to obtain 15% AIQ seats, therefore, their 100% seats will be filled through the state quota basis.

JK NEET Counselling 2022: Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the counselling of JK NEET 2022, a candidate must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
⇒They must be a permanent resident of J&K, as defined in Sec 6 of the Constitution
⇒They must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised institute with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects
⇒They must have attained the age of 17 as on December 31, 2022
⇒They must have qualified NEET 2022 by scoring more than or equal to the cutoff marks
Selection & Admission Procedure
Various steps of counseling process are mentioned below:
⇒Following the announcement of the NEET result, candidates should proceed with the document verification process.
⇒ Candidates must bring their original documents and their copies for the verification process.
⇒ After the completion of the verification, a list of state merit will be published.
⇒ Merit list includes candidate name, registration number, NEET score, State rank, etc.
⇒ Thereafter, candidates can proceed with the preference filling.
⇒ Candidates are required to pay a counseling fee of Rs. 1500 / - during choice filling.
⇒ Students will be able to fill their choice of colleges and courses for admission in online mode.
⇒ Students can fill in preferences through physical counseling.
⇒ A mock rehearsal of filling preferences will be provided via the website.
⇒ Applicants must complete the choices for seat allotment.
⇒ Seats will be allocated to candidates on the basis of merit list, candidates' preferences, reservation criteria and availability of seats. Candidates can check their seats allocation through the website.
⇒ After being assigned seats, candidates will be required to report to the designated college on time.
⇒ Students must bring the required fees as and the required college documents to ensure their admission.
